Sign in, browse the store, and add products you need. Review the Product Point value as well as the Member price. Meet your monthly commitment of at least 35 Product Points. If you are considering a New Member Savings Pack, compare the current products, price, and eligibility before choosing.

2. Claim this month’s free welcome products

1. Look for the new-member free product offer or banner near the top of your cart or checkout. Its wording can vary.
2. Open the offer and select eligible products from the available choices.
3. Add them to your cart and verify that the welcome credit is applied before placing your order.

3. Apply eligible Loyalty Shopping Dollars

1. Meet your monthly Product Point commitment first.
2. Add additional eligible products to your cart.
3. Look beneath eligible products for the Loyalty Shopping Dollars checkbox. Select it to use available credits.
4. Review the updated total and your remaining reward balance.

4. Review the final details

1. Check quantities, delivery address, and payment method.
2. Review your $20 in free welcome products, reward credits, coupons, and any optional checkout specials.
3. Check the shipping charge. Shipping On Us gives qualifying credits for a future order; it is not a cash refund or necessarily free shipping at this checkout.
4. Submit the order and wait for confirmation. Keep the order number or confirmation email.

5. Before you leave

Customize your backup order so the products suit your household. Plan to shop early each month. U.S. orders are due by midnight Mountain Time on the last day, or by the preceding Saturday when the month ends on Sunday.
