How to claim the offer
- Sign in and build your monthly order.
- Look for the new-member free product offer near the top of your cart or checkout.
- Select eligible products and add them to the cart.
- Confirm the credit appears before you submit your order.
- If the offer is missing or the credit isn’t applied, ask your referring person or Customer Service for help before checking out.
Free welcome products and rewards are different
Your welcome offer provides the introductory product benefit. Loyalty Shopping Dollars are earned through qualifying programs and are applied to additional eligible products after your monthly commitment is met. Check both areas before completing checkout.
